Privacy policy

1. Who we are
This policy explains how FiveM Tracker (the website fivem-tracker.online, the FiveM Tracker and Tracker Coin Discord bots, the in-game script and the API) collects and uses data. Contact us through a ticket in our support Discord server.
2. Data we collect
When you sign in with Discord: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, and the list of servers you belong to with your permissions in them (used only during your session to show the servers you manage; not stored). Account data: your Tracker Coin balance, level, coin transfers, the checks you run, and the reports and appeals you submit. Server data, when an owner sets it up: server ID, name, icon, plan, staff role IDs, notification channel, directory listing details and an API key. Blacklist data: the Discord ID of a reported player, an optional Steam profile link, the reason, evidence links, the reporting server and the staff member who reviewed it.
3. Data we do not collect
We do not read or store message content, presence or activity status, voice data, or full member lists of your servers. When the bot checks a member who joins a server, it only uses that member’s user ID to look it up in the blacklist and does not store it.
4. How we use data
To sign you in and run your dashboard; to protect member servers by checking players against the blacklist and alerting staff; to review reports and appeals; to run Tracker Coins and plans; to prevent abuse with rate limits and logs; and to publish anonymous, aggregated statistics on the transparency page.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Blacklist status, reason and evidence are shared with protected servers and API customers only to prevent cheating. Server owners see the results of checks they run. Our service providers are MongoDB Atlas (database), our VPS host, Cloudflare (DNS) and Discord (sign-in and bots). We may disclose data if required by law.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored in MongoDB Atlas, which encrypts data at rest, and travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Sign-in sessions are kept in an encrypted cookie. Access to admin tools is limited to our staff.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Blacklist entries are kept while the ban is in force and are removed when an appeal is accepted or the ban is lifted; a history note of the decision may be kept to prevent repeat abuse. Reports and appeals are kept for moderation records. Webhook logs live in our private Discord channels.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by opening a ticket in our support Discord server; we answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, coins and transfers. If you are blacklisted, you can always see your status and appeal at fivem-tracker.online/appeal.
9. Children
The service is meant for people who meet Discord’s minimum age in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in our support Discord server.
